We offer two levels of warranty on all our projects:
- A twenty-five year warranty that covers the building itself. This means we deal with any
structural problems promptly and effectively and at no cost to you.
- A two-year defects and liability warranty that covers all fixtures and fittings -
plumbing, heating, electrics etc - installed by CIS Group. During the warranty period we will fix any problems,
even something as small as a dripping tap, for free.
